I think that the genocide in the Darfur region of Sudan could have been prevented if their government was financially
stable. Another thing that I think would help is if the more rich states in the world namely the United States payed more
attention to the poorer countries that they would have such sttacks. If we would just take the time out to think about another
country, they would be more protection and if the country has a stable military then they would bre more safe and terrorist
attacks would have a lesser chance of happening.
